Overview
SHEI is a fashion e-commerce storefront for discovering and shopping everyday apparel and streetwear. The website organizes products into clear categories, including tank tops, polos and Henley T-shirts, shirts, pants, Punjabi, jackets, and women’s styles. The homepage highlights featured, latest, and sale products, while product pages provide pricing, product details, size and colour options where available, related products, cart actions, and a WhatsApp ordering/contact path. The experience is designed to help shoppers in Bangladesh browse products and move from discovery to an order with fewer steps.
What I built
The goal was to make SHEI’s apparel easier to discover and shop online. Clear categories, visible prices and discounts, product variants, and direct ordering/contact options help shoppers compare items and choose the next step without unnecessary friction.
Why I built it
The goal was to make SHEI’s apparel easier to discover and shop online. Clear categories, visible prices and discounts, product variants, and direct ordering/contact options help shoppers compare items and choose the next step without unnecessary friction.
Problems solved
The store groups a broad apparel catalogue into recognizable categories and separates featured, new, and discounted items. Detailed product pages show important purchase information, including price, available sizes and colours, delivery messaging, and ordering actions, so shoppers can make a more informed choice before contacting the store or adding an item to the cart.
What I learned
I learned how product taxonomy, product-card hierarchy, discount presentation, variable-product data, shop filtering, and product-page information work together in an e-commerce journey. I also learned to keep delivery and direct-contact information easy to find and to make the catalogue usable across different screen sizes.
